What Makes Rafiki School Different
March 2010 (PDF:252k)

What a joy it is to write you again. Much has changed since the last time I wrote: we had a very special and Christ-centered Christmas season; we finished the school year well, and have now begun a new school year with three new Zambian teachers. In my role as Education Program director at the Rafiki Village Zambia, I spend almost all of my time in our school which ranges from the pre-kindergarten class to the second year of JSS (Junior Secondary School). All of you have spent time in schools—as students and possibly as parents and as teachers—but I think Rafiki Schools are special in many ways. In this newsletter, I’d like to share some of the things that make the Rafiki School in Zambia like no other school.
