David’s charge to Solomon to undertake the monumental task of building the temple was very wise. When we arrived in Kenya, we were not called to build a temple, but we were called to help build a home for abandoned children. Children whom God would choose to nurture, grow in the Word, and become a positive impact to their community! Nine years later we see the vision that God implanted on Rafiki’s heart in action! We are thankful that we have had the privilege to be a part of the groundbreaking and now be a part of almost 200 students enjoying a quality education with a biblical worldview.
